Agreement to Terms
By using the services of ClearDrop Alameda Pool Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
Services Provided
ClearDrop Alameda Pool Service provides pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Alameda, CA and surrounding areas. We will perform services as agreed upon in your service contract or work order. Service details, pricing, and schedules will be confirmed before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly or recurring services, payment is typically billed monthly. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. You are responsible for any collection costs or legal fees if payment becomes delinquent.
Service Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and clear access to your pool and equipment during scheduled service times. This includes unlocked gates, clear pathways, and restrained pets. If our technician cannot safely access your pool, we may reschedule the service and charge a trip fee. You are responsible for notifying us of any hazards, unsafe conditions, or changes to property access.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a cancellation fee. To cancel recurring weekly service, please provide at least one week written notice.
Liability and Warranties
We carry liability insurance and perform services with professional care. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or problems caused by factors outside our control such as severe weather or equipment failure unrelated to our work. Any warranties on parts or repairs will be specified in writing at the time of service.
Property Damage
While we take great care to protect your property, you agree that we are not liable for damage to pool surfaces, equipment, or landscaping that results from normal wear, pre-existing conditions, or necessary service procedures. If accidental damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost time, inconvenience, or lost use of your pool.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
